This Hair Design Studio is an absolute Hidden Gem! My husband and I were recently in Johnstown for a historical seminar (my husband was attending) and on a whim I made an appointment for wax services. Unfortunately I could not get an appointment for a hair consultation but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism Jillian posed during my bikini and eyebrow wax! Was the least painful waxing I have ever had!

Courtney was the best! I would only go to her but now that she’s gone I was a little dissatisfied. I told the woman I wanted to make another hair appointment for color and she said ok pick a date, so I did and she said ok I will leave a note for one of the stylists and have them get back to you about a time and who will be helping you…..No one called me back at all. I didn’t want to call because last time I called and made an appointment I showed up and no one knew anything about it.
