The service here is usually great. I get my nails done with Lexi and she is the best nail tech k0k. She wasnt here today so I got my nails done with Jenny and she was so kind and did a great job with my nails. My daughter on the other hand had Jenna. And Jenna was rude to my daughter, giving my daughter attitude when she politely asked to change colors. I am the one paying for nails and they have no right to give attitude.

Definitely a great experience and overall good service. Very friendly staff and clean business and the pricing is very reasonable. $25 for a basic pedicure and $35 for white tip full set. Nini was very nice and did a great job. She did everything I asked and I was in for about 1.5 hours for the services and an eyebrow wax.

The staff here is so friendly and polite! They have by far the best customer service out of all the others nail salons I’ve been to! Yen did my nails and I’m so happy with them! Would definitely come back!

The nail technician I had was friendly but the nail shape came out uneven and slated on some nails. It was supposed to be coffin shaped. It’s a nice clean place overall. They have been there for 3 months they said. The music is nice and they have kindles with movies at every station. If you pay cash you get a discount. Will be going back again to try another nail technician out and will be posting pics. Sarah is the best!!!! She is so detail oriented and very thorough in her work. Will definitely be going back to her from now on. There is another guy there not sure of his name but barely spoke and had long nails of his own and was not gentle. There are 2 more nail technicians there and have not tried them yet. Have heard good things about T and chris.

I love my nail tech Cindy, I’ve been going to her for over 9 years and she’s the best. She worked at a nail shop near by and is now here, the place is amazing. Clean, new, competitive prices and the staff is super nice. I recommend it his place!! Two thumbs up

The nails themselves were very nice, however the service wasn’t. At first I was told the wait time would be 15 minutes, but that soon turned into 40 minutes. The nail technicians also take phone calls while working on your nails, so it is not very professional. They also do not talk to customers that nicely, and don’t provide a very good service for the price. It is better to go to the nail salon inside of Walmart than this. It takes way too long, and you don’t feel that respected.

The nail techs at Lush are SO RUDE! They barely say 2 words during my manicures. They always seem inconvenienced that they have to do their job and never seem appreciative of my business. They do however, do a good job and my nails always look nice. I just wish they were kinder to their customers that support their livelihood.

NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. Thi did my nails for almost three years. I always made appointments and was never a “no show”. I thought we had a good relationship. I had an appointment one morning and HE WAS A NO SHOW. No explanation except I was told he didn’t want to do nails anymore. Never told me. Never canceled. Just never communicated at all. Not a good way to keep customers. I wouldn’t support the shop after that type of action.
