Positive: QualityI had my nails done yesterday and they look great. I picked an initial color and when she put it on my nail I realized I didn’t like it. She had no problem with me choosing a new color and starting over.If I’m being picky, she didn’t ask me to wash my hands after filling. She just dusted them off with a large brush. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent there for the first time for eyebrow wax. My eye lids and below my eyebrow were extremely red and swollen and clearly showed signs of burning. I waited several days and it still looked really bad and was still painful. I went to the salon and showed them. They were nice , but did not admit to any mistakes and offered no compensation. Went there for the first time for eyebrow wax. My eye lids and below my eyebrow were extremely red and swollen and clearly showed signs of burning. I waited several days and it still looked really bad and was still painful. I went to the salon and showed them. They were nice , but did not admit to any mistakes and offered no compensation. They just said to use Vaseline!

After reading the reviews I was excited to try this salon! However, I my experience was not like the others. I got gel nails and was in and out within 20 minutes. They barely filed my nails, skipped the buffing and the nail polish does not even cover my entire nail. Based off my experience I would not suggest this salon to anyone looking for a quality manicure.

Save yourself the headache and go down the road to basically any other place. This place made me sit with 3 different women for an acrylic refill with gel polish. Each time they tacked on another fee. One woman tried to shape my nail using the electric file (which was already an extra charge) and when I asked her to use a regular file because it hurt my natural nail she said no. I stopped and said I don’t feel comfortable with this, at that point she agreed to do it. But she shaped them poorly, using nail clippers are a shortcut – so some were thinner than others. I asked for matte polish and it was trash! You could see the shine peaking through because it was so streaky. The place was THE WORST. And the whole thing cost me $38!

I have been here three times. The first tome was for a pedicure. They did a really good job. Very relaxing and it lasted. The second time I went for a pedi and nail tips. The pedicure again was great. The only complaint I had was the way the nail technician polished did not leave a smooth finished. As far as the nail tips after having them for 2 days they began to lift. So I went back. They did them over with no problem. After a few days theu began to llift again. I decided not to go back for my nails. The third time I went for a pedicure it was awesome again! Very relaxing. They massage your feet and legs and do a really good job cleaning you feet up! The only complaint is they could do a better job polishing. Instead of even strokes they dab the polish so you are not left with a smooth even finish. Really noticable with bright polish.
