Not clean!!! Terrible customer service, my finger has been tender and swollen where they cut it and I’m terrified it may be infected. Also she cleaned under my nails and then wiped that gunk all over my hands. The pedicure lady was not gentle and almost sliced my toe with the sharp tool. I’m not super particular but I was so shocked at this entire experience- how are they not careful? I can’t believe this place was rated 4.5 on google. Something’s seriously wrong. To top it all of there were many flies and I got 3 mosquito bites just sitting in there.

This is not a fancy salon but they do a great job. It’s a tiny salon with small selection. I come here to do my pedicures for a great price. I only pay 17 dollars not including tip. Ask for Kim, she always makes my feet look pretty. FYI if you pay with a credit card they will charge you a one dollar fee. So make sure you bring cash.

Today a guy name Tom did my pedicure. It looked a little off but when got home It really looked bad. I when back and talked to the main guy. He did noting! He did say it looked a little rushed. He didn’t offer a redo, refund. Nothing. I’ve been going there off and on again for the last five years. I won’t be going back but If you do don’t use Tom. It’s the worst pedicure I’ve ever had In my 64 yrs of living.

Best West Hollywood nail salon that I have found so far. Great prices and they will even use a drummel to get white spots off your nails. No frills, but the staff and service is friendly. Think I found my favorite nail salon in LA.
