Do not pass go! This was a very nice experience up to the part when she purposely misquoted me the price. I asked Helen before she started how much was my nails and pedicure going to be and she told me one price but when I got to the register she quoted me another price. Ladies don’t go to this place! Hannah at CT Nails was amazing last week. Not only did I get an amazing manicure and pedicure, but it was absolutely perfect for my Ladybug Babyshower! Our miracle IVF baby was celebrated totally and the decorated finger and toe nails truly finished the outfit perfectly! Thanks again Hannah for making our Babyshower over the top amazing with my awesome fingernails and toenails that matched our shower theme!

Almost everything was GREAT!!!!! BEST MASSAGE EVER!!! MY PEDICURE WAS BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE ASKED!!!! My nails seemed ok at first, but after just a few days they’re lifting!! Not only are they bulky and kind of sloppy, but the tech charged me more than we agreed!! I didn’t feel comfortable tipping anyone after the nail tech charged me extra despite the services I got!! I paid with no dispute, but I don’t know if I’ll go back!! I just don’t see the point in cheating someone out of $10 when my services were already $150, and I planned on tipping $30 between the three of them!! Avoid this place if you like quality nails and honest business!!!!

I had a pedicure yesterday and the polish was chipped today. I had to file another nail down that was left extremely long. The entire time I was in the chair the lady was talking to her friend and laughing . I will never return to this shop. Pedicure

Horrible customer service. Asked for polish change and removal of gel. She thinned out my nails using machine instead of soaking off the gel polish. She doesn’t even put clear coat on my nails afterwards. They are not customer focused. Just money focused. I will spend my money elsewhere.
