We had the most amazing experience here (for the second time.) The guys were so sweet, funny, and very detail oriented. I got an upgraded pedi for going on my birthday, complete with organic products and “birthday bubbles.” We were pampered for well over an hour and left extremely relaxed and satisfied. There is nothing like a great pedicure that is not rushed through. We will absolutely be returning to this amazing nail salon with exceptional service!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWorst manicure ever. I kept asking for shorter. And rounded. See the photo… The acrylic doesn’t even cover my whole nail bed and it’s all over my fingers and hands!! Tools were dirty, everything was nasty! And to top it off- 2 of the techs including mine were hacking up a lung and so was their child. During a pandemic! Worst manicure ever. I kept asking for shorter. And rounded. See the photo… The acrylic doesn’t even cover my whole nail bed and it’s all over my fingers and hands!! Tools were dirty, everything was nasty! And to top it off- 2 of the techs including mine were hacking up a lung and so was their child. During a pandemic! First I asked to keep them almond shape. She rounded them. So I had to shape them myself. Then. I don’t know what she used but this was after 30 minutes of soaking off (at another salon) and had to be filed off. Horrible.My nails broke one by one and had to cut them all short now.

I ended up going to work early not realizing I didn’t need to be there till later. So I decided to go get a fresh manicure/pedicure, found this place and another here in Topsham. The other place was busy so I came to C & T nails instead, when I first arrived they were abit busy and decided to come back later. In which I did, I told them a manicure and pedicure. The woman I was sat to was very nice and did a good job on my manicure, I think she was trying to upsale me on something but I couldn’t hear her since she was talking so low. After we got done I got seated for a pedicure and noticed the flyer for their pedicure offers. I quickly went to reviews to see how folks thought of their pedicure experience and was in shock to see so many negative reviews but I can see why. I let the lady know I wanted the first option of their pedicure selection and she let me know that gel was abit extra, I was fine with that since I like to get gel cause it lasts longer.

Such a great experience! They got me, my sister, and two nieces an appointment within an hour. We arrived about 15 minutes early and they took us in right away. One of the gentlemen was extra friendly, funny, and amazing with my 7 year old niece. Cracking jokes and interacting with all four of us! Great and quick work! Tried a pedicure on my way out of town. After picking my polish I was directed to a chair and the massage function was turned on. The pedicure menu was sitting in the cart but I was not offered a choice and given the most expensive pedi option without choice. Shame on me for not asking. My pedi was good, but on day two of gel polish two toes had peeled and on day three another one cracked and peeled. The polish was not old so I can only assume it was technique. Two stars because the staff was friendly, but the interior is old and the result was poor.

I love this place! They make acrylic nails look natural! I’ve had acrylics for 3 years now. in other locations surrounding the area, it’s a game of Russian roulette. Sometimes they are gorgeous other times you’ll leave crying. I’ve been to c&t nails several times now. I will continue to make the 30 minute drive here. I do not have anxiety as I watch them do my fills. They know what they are doing. Lee is talented with free hand nail design. They pay attention to detail. The hand massage after is SO WORTH IT! They also are fairly priced. I love that I don’t have to guess the price each time! They have set pricing, and don’t make up their own prices on the spot! Thank you! I will return, again and again!
