I normally do not write reviews, but I love this place! After months of trying to find a new salon, I hit the jackpot. C.T. Nails is timely with service, employees ask you exactly what you want and how you want it, they take their time, and they are very personable. I am 8 months pregnant and the employees went above and beyond to accommodate me. They did a great job on both my manicure and pedicure. I will definitely come back!

All I feel after visiting this nail salon is sad. I was looking for a new nail salon to start going to & after carefully looking through the reviews, I decided this salon seemed the most loved by others. The first picture is what I asked for. I wanted a transparent cat eye on top of pastel pink polish. I showed the nail tech & he seemed a bit iffy so word for word I said “it’s okay, if you’re not able to do this I can pick another color it’s no problem.” He said “no no it’s okay” & acted like he was going to give me what I asked for. He even asked to see the photo again. While I was there I saw that this was in fact not what I asked for but I was okay with it because I assumed the grey tinted cat eye would at least be full coverage. Instead I was left with spotty polish. My nails were left jagged on the sides & snagging on my clothing. I feel like my nails were not taken care of at all in this salon from the filing to the painting.

I really wanted to like this place, but my lady seemed to rush through my pedicure and put the second coat on too soon after the first. A spot on my right big toe is already smudged only a few hours later. I’m so disappointed in the $40 I spent. 🙁

Overall I had a very nice experience! The salon is clean and the staff was very friendly. The tech took the time to help me fix my nails that got all messed up from another salon that day and walked out loving them! She was very understanding on what I wanted and took her time. Thank you for coming to my rescue and fixing them how I wanted them to look! Will definitely be a returning customer!
