I am not usually one to complain, however, I think the way business was conducted today was very poor. I spent $80 plus tip on a pedicure and express manicure. There were so many coats of regular polish on my toes that it never dried. I was there from 1:30-3pm and after I ran to the grocery store and when I got home at 4pm my toes still were not dry and the polish smeared. I called and asked if there they would be willing to fix it and was told to come in. However, the solution was to put more polish on my toes and it was completely rushed through. I am no expert but you can’t keep layering on polish over wet polish and expect it to ever dry. I asked multiple times if we could just start over, at least on the big toes and my question was ignored. I stated multiple times that my toes do not look good anymore because the polish was chunky over the “fix”. I left the nail salon around 4:15pm and was assured my polish was dry and to be careful. One of the ladies ever tapped all over my toes (messing up the clear coat that wasn’t dry and further smashing the wet polish underneath. My nails were still not dry around 8pm and the polish is still sticky/tacky and overall do not look like like they were professionally done. It’s just disappointing that I had to end up going somewhere the next day in order to correct their mistake. Never again will I waste my money at CT Nail Bar.

Me and my sister got our nails done for the first time at CT nail bar (mine on right, sister on left). she got the acrylics and i got the dip, amazing experience!! The staff is so incredibly friendly and just want you to have the best experience! Everything was very clean and organized, and more importantly the art ability was so good :).We didn’t have an appointment or anything just walk in and got sat so quick! My biggest pet peeve about getting my nails done is constantly being cut on the finger tips and they didn’t even come close!! so careful and precise, good prices, no complaints what so ever ! overall amazing experience again.❤️I had Hannah and she had Nina !!

Sydney did a great job on the back fill on my nails as well as shaping them (coffin shape). She was very quick, but precise (thank gosh because I hate waiting). First, they sat me down at a station and was forgot about. Someone else who was a walk-in was serviced before me. The price was too expensive for the service that was given. I asked for acrylic French manicure. He told me it was the same price for dip and dip is better for my nails and faster to do. It by far was not faster and it was NOT the same price as acrylic. I paid $65! Now to nit-pic, I wasn’t offered a beverage like others were and on top of that my nails are lumpy. I will not be back.
