This is the first time I’ve been to this store, the rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. I did an hour facial. I have to say, Lisa, she’s the best beautician I’ve ever seen. She’s very friendly, very skilful. Neck massage was super comfortable. Its quiet environment, excellent service, make you feel good value for money, a worthwhile trip. Sulin worked on me and I have to say, she has magical hands because I fell asleep within 5 minutes. Lisa worked on my friend. She was also good. Bought Groupon. Made reservation for couples massage 3 weeks in advance. Called to make sure if I can use it- yes no problem. Drove 45 minutes with my partner and was told that I can’t apply Groupon when I mentioned it and that they are booked. Unreal!!!! I also received confirmation text from them earlier that day before I left my house. Stay away! I embarrassed myself and it’s a shame liars like this stay in business!!! Shame on you!!!!! I will make sure to spread my word

I would not go here again. I called to make an appointment for a couples massage 3 weeks earlier but no one answered so I had to leave a message. No one called me back. I called again and again left a message. No one called me back. I finally called back and got a woman who barely spoke English. She didn’t even ask my name when I booked the appointment. The day before I decided to call to confirm. Guess what? They had no record of my appointment. I could barely understand her. I finally got her to agree to give us an appointment 2 hours later. It took a long time for her to get my information. We went a half hour early, thinking we would need to get changed and get to sit in a relaxing room like all of the other spas we’ve been to. There was no one at the reception desk and we waited 5 minutes until one of the masseuses left her client to help us. She sat us in the main room outside of the massage rooms and we could hear everything. They have sliding barn doors to the rooms and when they came out to get hot towels, you could see the client and the door was noisy. When we finally got in the room, you just undress and lay down. Not the best massage I’ve ever gotten because the girl was so small ( I almost wonder if she was legal to work). During the massage we could hear phones ringing and people talking. When we left they charged us $7 tax on a Groupon which I thought was weird. We tipped 20% because we felt sorry for the workers. I wouldn’t call it a spa, it’s more like a massage parlor. Very disappointed.

My husband and I went for a couples massage we purchased from Groupon. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean and the massage was great. We felt very relaxed, I will be going again. The only thing is that there is only street parking. We went on a Sunday morning, so there was plenty of places to park in the street. I don’t know how busy it would be on a week day. Otherwise it’s great I recommend going there.
