Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySusan is very unprofessional. When you call to schedule an appointment she won’t give you a time but will tell you she will call you when you can come. Usually have to call her back to see if she’s ready for you and if she says yes and once you get to shop you still end up waiting an hour or more . Susan doesn’t listen to how you want your hair styled and when you tell her that’s not what I asked for she gets an attitude. Susan is rude in the way she speaks to customers and when a customer corrects her on how she’s speaking to them she wants to say the customer is being rude to her.
