Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to CS Nails for over 18 years. I have tried other places over the years but always come back because of the service and cleanliness of the establishment.When they reopened I was hesitant in going but I was pleasantly surprised with all the safety precautions they have in place. I felt very safe. I just went for the second time today and they are still diligent in keeping their staff and customers safe.They have plexiglass between staff and customers and in between each chair in the manicure and pedicure stations. I was there for quite a while today and I saw them sanitize and clean areas multiple times. They have also invested in a UV sanitizing light system that goes on every night to disinfect the store for the next day.I highly recommend them. After seeing how amazing their new safety protocols have been, since their reopening, I will never go anywhere else! They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing every inch of the salon. When you walk in you must sign a waiver and have your temperature taken. They have two separate places for used pens and sanitized ones. Critical: QualityI went for eye brows I came out looking worst then when I went in. They are so instantized, unprofessional and not prepared. The eye brow technician did not clean prep or shape my eye brow correctly as she stated that she could not shape my eye brow’s and she had cut them due to a surgical cut over my eye and told me to fill in the space with a marker.
