If you actually want to fix your hot tub I would look for another repair company. I paid CR Spa the service fee to assess what was wrong with my Sundance tub four months ago. Since then they have not returned my phone calls or email other than to tell me they lost the paperwork. They have refused to return to reassess the problem or return the fee. Mistakes happen, I completely understand that, but they simply refuse to make this right and provide the service I paid for.

C R Spa Service has awful customer service. Try calling them anytime during the day when they’re open and I promise they’ll never answer the phone. I’ve used this company for 3 months and have never once called their office and had a human being answer the phone. I’ve resorted to leaving a voicemail and receiving a call back 2 days later if I’m lucky. Most of the time I have to leave multiple voicemails just to get them to acknowledge my call. Once your lucky enough to get in touch with the woman who answers the phone, you’ll see how rude and short tempered she really is. I’m currently looking for a better hot tub service company, but thankfully it shouldn’t be too hard because C R Spa Service has set the bar so low.
