It’s a place where you can learn about self-care, about what those products you purchased are for, and a place where you can trust the stylists to take care of you. I love Ricka and Chenica. They’re both kind, sincere, and professional. Their salon is clean and bright. They are following the Covid-19 salon requirements to the T, and I have no worries about the safety of myself or my daughter. I love that they actually listen to what we want and answer all of our questions. I love that when I leave,my hair is not only gorgeous but healthy. C&r Beauty bar is more than a hair salon. It’s a place where you can learn about self-care, about what those products you purchased are for, and a place where you can trust the stylists to take care of you. I love Ricka and Chenica. They’re both kind, sincere, and professional. Their salon is clean and bright. I trust Ricka’s judgement on styles and hair color. Both Ricka and Chenica operate in a spirit of excellence and it’s evident as soon as you walk in the door. Critical: ValueMy hair is currently cut so badly. The cut is so inconsistent and uneven I don’t even know how to style my hair. The only thing I know to do is cut it but I honestly don’t have much left to cut. I would not recommend…………. just additional information now that I am no longer in shock …….Over 5 inches of my hair was cut off when I stated I just wanted some shape. I showed what I wanted as she requested……we came to the conclusion or Ricka came to the conclusion that with what I showed her it would be a circular shape …… However I left the salon with and oval…..the stylist completely ignored my requests without my knowledge nor consent and the style of the cut or lack there of was nothing what I asked for or what we discussed……she simply did what she wanted to do. While giving her requested feedback before I left the salon she deflected from my commentary and when I called back after I arrived at home while trying to style my hair I was given a unaccountable backhanded apology yet is managed to be in very sweet professional tone. I had no other option but to have my hair cut again…..When I went to another hairdresser to have what Ricka completely butchered salvaged… an additional 2 inches was cut off which I was fine with as long as it was going to be manageable. The stylist whom was able to salvage my hair couldn’t even explain to me what shape or cut was given to me. The only way I can even somewhat describe what style I was originally given by Ricka fell fell in between at home DIY version of mullet and diagonal forward.Service: HairstylingMy hair is currently cut so badly.
