Idk why this place has mixed reviews. I been coming to this place for over 8+ years and never had a bad experience at all been doing different shapes and sizes…(currently obsessed wit long coffin shape) The crew is amazing, friendly and very attentive ❤️

When I went back for a refund THE OWNER TOLD ME I WOULD GET CANCER “from all the bad karma i was releasing by asking for the refund” and screamed at me while removing my nails… I asked for a refund because my acrylic nails were removed for $10 by being popped off with a nail tip. I also audibly said “ow” most of the process. My nails when finished were left covered in dried up acrylic. There were customers in the salon when I asked so I was sure to be quiet so as not to embarrass the salon. She then removed my nails very aggressively and gave me my money back, although I insisted they keep the tip, she also kept the $10 charge. she then told me I was a bad tipper, I tip 20%. I got my nails redone at a different salon the next day.

Acrylic nail removal was $10. I asked for a discount since 2 or 3 of my nails had already popped off, she said no and used tweezers and an acrylic nail to pry off the nails to the point that I was crying and pulling away in extreme pain which she would not let go of my hand and she continued to buffer and sand the nails when I would say ow and applied glue on top of the nails saying it would help them grow. It’s been two days and they are still in pain and chipping off. She had bandaids and didn’t give me one when my finger started bleeding. I would be interested to go back to ask for a refund if I wasn’t so devastated about the state of my nails. She also used a dirty menu in the front as a towel instead of using any acetone soaking method. I tipped $5 hoping she wasn’t just being rude and mean but my nails are in a lot of pain and breaking badly. This was the first time I went in store to remove my nails. Go somewhere else or do it at home. This method takes 3-6 months to heal and your nail will not grow back the same. There is also a risk of fungal infection from the open wound she left and leaving glue on the nail.

Very unfortunate that I have to write such a bad review, I’ve loved their work in the past and always had a pretty good experience. This was my first time getting an acrylic removal done (I usually take them off at home but everyone says to go to a professional) so I decided to also get that service as they were the ones who gave me the original acrylics I had on. That was a mistake, she just popped off my acrylics and made 2 of my nails rip off and bleed the entire time. Then filed the skin off of 3 of my other fingers so 5 in total were bleeding. Very painful, I would’ve just taken the nails off myself. Then proceeded to apply the nail glue and fake nail on my profusely bleeding finger which stung. Beautiful nail job but unprofessional procedure. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

Worst and most UNPROFESSIONAL salon I have ever been to. First of all they do not even have a table to do manicures on. You sit in a pedicure chair and they do your nails off of the arm of the chair.
