Critical: Quality, ValueLiterally horrific quality at this salon. Went in for a full set of dip nails. Asked for coffin shape, received this. The tech asked me to pay before she finished. Used too wide of tips and completely failed at shaping. Nails are misshapen and mismatched. $53 bucks and the owner did the top coat, because the tech didn’t have time to finish and she didn’t even offer to fix them. Literally horrific quality at this salon. Went in for a full set of dip nails. Asked for coffin shape, received this. The tech asked me to pay before she finished. Used too wide of tips and completely failed at shaping. Critical: QualityI am very upset With my nails. I went there just to originally get acrylics with matted finish and they gave me glossy finish not only that but they did not paint my entire nail and when they were clipping my nails they pressed really hard down on my finger my finger at the edge of the clippers, the end where you pushed down on the clippers that end was pressed very hard against my finger and nobody even noticed. I would not Recommend going here. The ladies are very nice but do not do what you request. Also my nails Were filed absolutely terrible It is all bumpy and not smooth at all. I spent $51 on my nails and I want a complete refund. I am very upset With my nails. I am very upset With my nails. Not only were my nails not the way i wanted but when i asked them to do something they would just look at me and then start talking to the coworker. They used 2/3 colors that i wanted, didnt cut my cuticles, didnt listen, didnt do the design i wanted right, smudged my nail and didnt bother to fix it, and missed a lot of spots to paint.
