Critical: Quality, ValueI couldn’t get to my usual shop to have my nails filled in time Sunday so I decided to go somewhere closer. The staff was very friendly but it turned out to be a huge mistake. It’s Monday and the fill is lifting on 5 nails, they’re lumpy, none are the same shape and some of the gel polish wasn’t set and I only know because a chunk peeled off while I was in the shower and the polish oozed out. I couldn’t get to my usual shop to have my nails filled in time Sunday so I decided to go somewhere closer. The staff was very friendly but it turned out to be a huge mistake. It’s Monday and the fill is lifting on 5 nails, they’re lumpy, none are the same shape and some of the gel polish wasn’t set and I only know because a chunk peeled off while I was in the shower and the polish oozed out. I would never recommend this place and I won’t ever be back.

Critical: QualityI’m not sure if it was possibly just the nail tech that I got, because my mother came out very happy with her set done by Beverly, but my nails came out quite possibly terrible. The acrylic is very bubbly on most of my nails, it’s also extremely thick, too thick to be exact. I asked for a ballerina shaped nail and instead got boxy squares. She seemed to rush through the whole thing, like she didn’t even want to do it. She even burned me a few times with the electrical file because she was rushing, remind you only my mother and I were in there. After painting my nails, she cured them, before taking them out. When she had told me i was finished I waited as my mother got her tips done. I noticed that the nail polish started to peel up. And when I got home, because she had put so many coats on, the nail polish began pulling up so bad I had to put a clear coat over them myself so I could at least allow them to last a few days. I can already feel the breakage of the glue from the tips she’s put on and I haven’t done anything drastic to crack the glue myself. On top of that there was glue and paint all over my fingers and under the nails. I am not impressed by this salon and won’t be going back. I’m not sure if it was possibly just the nail tech that I got, because my mother came out very happy with her set done by Beverly, but my nails came out quite possibly terrible.
