I’ve only been to this salon a couple of times since they went under new owners, and my visit today will be the last. The older lady with the shorter bob-cut hair did my nails and with the way she did them, you would think she got her cosmetology license yesterday, or maybe doesn’t have one at all. I got powder gel with a coffin shape and matte finish and she messed up horribly. The end result was so bulky and thick and the shape was basically gone, and she hardly filed them to try and shape/fix them after I told her they needed to be filed down. She also did not fix my cuticle when she cut it too much and my finger started bleeding. Didn’t even acknowledge it. My finger was still bleeding when I got home. Rita looked at my nails when she was “finished”, and basically redid my entire manicure for me. They looked 10000x better but if that other lady was expecting me to pay full price for the horrible job she did, she’s sadly mistaken. Didn’t even tip her. The equipment they use also looked very dirty and unsanitary. Rita did a great job fixing my nails up, but I will not be coming back here.

I give this 2 stars because the staff was extremely friendly and sweet, but that doesn’t make up for the excessive time it took to do simple services and their lack of organization. I got a powder manicure and the Lemon Spa pedicure. Pedicure was nice, they performed most of it before my manicure and then painted my toes after which was strange but it was fine. It was really the manicurist that is the cause for this rating. She simply did not do the manicure correctly. First mistake was I asked for a coffin shape which she just did not do, not sure if she didn’t know what that was. I didn’t say anything because sometimes nail techs will fix up the shaping after the powder since it adds thickness and it gives you an accurate shape that way, but she didn’t even do that. She filed me several times again but it wasn’t for the shape, it was because she kept making the powder too thick. Then was the very first nail she did she immediately had to acetone soak again and redo because she clearly didn’t know how to do an ombre design. I’ve watched my nails get done with powder for 3 years and she simply did not do it right, she repeated and undid steps at least 3 times which is why the manicure took over an hour for something simple. It feels like most of which was to correct her mistakes by filing my nails every few minutes to minimize how thick she made the powder. Even when they took me back to the pedicure chair to paint my toes she was still using the machine to file my manicure down. The nails did not come out that ugly but I am going to my regular place to redo them because they don’t look too nice either. I’d say I wasted my money.

Not happy at all, I went for a manicure and a spa pedicure. I felt completely rushed through it, the spa pedicure was suppose to include a 10 minute massage, it was more like rubbing lotion on my legs there was no massage to it. The manicure was not good at all, there was no soaking my hands in soapy warm water like all manicures have, then she filed my nails didn’t ask me to wash my hands or anything to get rid of the nail dust off my nails she just wiped them up off. No cutting of the cuticles just used the file machine, no massage on the hands which is usual in a manicure. Also the nail polish was the end of the bottle, she was digging in it to use on my nails, you could tell it was old. I tried them cause it said under new management and I received the flyer in the mail. Sorry but I won’t be back

Worst service. I gave them multiple chances and they can’t seem to use high quality products that actually work. The powder gel manicures pop off within three days. I don’t sit there for an hour and pay the price of powder gel to have to return again in 3-4 days. I 100% do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time or money like I did! Go elsewhere!! ♀️

I came in and asked for UV gel nails and a pedicure. It took 3 hours, Mary cut me on 2 of my fingers and then asked me what happened! The nails are unusually thick and lumpy. It took 3 hours and I felt like they were in a rush. I decided to come here because of all of the great reviews on yelp but they are really misleading. I didn’t even let her put a top coat or color on my nails because I was so unhappy. It costed $70 and my nails have never looked worse.
