Where do I start? I have pictures, you may have to expand the picture to see the detail. I also have a receipt to prove what I’m about to write. The man that did my nails was rude. Additionally, he didn’t do anything I couldn’t of done myself. In fact, I could have done a better job painting my own nails. The paint was botched. It had bubbles, and it was uneven. He also did very minimal work; rushed the entire visit. Why didn’t I say anything? Well I didn’t have my glasses on, and I was in a hurry. Not worth the price. Will not be back EVER!!! Update: someone from the establishment commented that I should call the manager to see if anything could be done! I called this past Saturday 6/5/22 and spoke to a female names Han( sp). She did she could help me. She stated that the manger was not in; she was rude kept asking what I needed, but when I tried to answer she would cut me off and say what you want?. It may have been a language barrier, so I ended the call. Pointless to pretend you wanted to fix anything!

Critical: QualityI went in for GEL-X. The nail size they used for my pointer and pinky were to big, they were placed outside my nail bed. I was happy with the design. When I turned my hands to look under the nails.. I had so much extra gel product I literally had to come home and clip it off. Second time I pay for something the comes out messy and when asked to get fixed you get so much attitude. Salon gets so busy the they just want to keep taking clients and don’t really pay attention to the quality of work they are giving.I went in for GEL-X. I went in for GEL-X. The nail size they used for my pointer and pinky were to big, they were placed outside my nail bed. I was happy with the design. When I turned my hands to look under the nails.. I had so much extra gel product I literally had to come home and clip it off. Second time I pay for something the comes out messy and when asked to get fixed you get so much attitude. The salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s very easy to find parking in their lot, which would have been challenging had it not been for the valet available next door. The woman who did my manicure did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

went in for a full set & pedi . i received my pedicure and asked for acrylic on my two big toes . it has been a week & the left toe acrylic came off . the application was wobbly and she didnt use a primer or file for acrylic . i paid $100 for a simple mid length full set & simple pedicure . i was in the salon for well over three hours . in giving three stars because it was clean & staff are friendly . but work is wonky

The nail techs here are very professional and take their time. They are very gentle and do a great job with each service and the place is so relaxing. The price for a manicure and pedicure is comparable to other salons in the area, but the quality is worth it! Their atmosphere is inviting and relaxed even when things get busy.

Today was my first time at this appointment and I will not be returning. I made an appointment at 6:00pm for a fill and a pedicure. I arrive at 6:00pm on the dot. Once I arrived I seen there was already a line. So I waited for turn. Once it hit 6:35pm another client came in and said she had an appointment with Peter at 6:30pm. She was taken right away. After I saw that I went to the manager and told her my appointment was at 6pm when will I be seen she told me soon. I wasn’t seen until 6:50pm. And, for my entire nail service with the manager she was being rude and had the worst customer service. I did not enjoy my service today. will need to go elsewhere for now on..I will be going elsewhere and for future customer please be aware they do not honor their appointment time and they overcharge.
