I found this place randomly on Google maps and took a chance. I had to get a full set and pedicure for a wedding I’m in this weekend. I loved every second of being here, everyone was so nice and as a person who isn’t a girly girl I’m totally in love with my nails. Also worth noting that the place is super clean which is a big deal for me. Definitely check this place out!!!

I went in to get a full set and also a pedicure. Towards the end of my pedicure I realize she didn’t preform all of the things that came with the pedicure. So I ask was she going to give the wax and foot mask and she state NO, and her co workers thought it was funny! So I stated well I’m paying for my full service why can’t I get the full service , she said oh well we don’t do that anymore the prices changed. So I ask well that’s false advertising why wouldn’t you tell me before hand that your prices went up instead of no just giving me my full service. She stated well we don’t do that anymore after giving me the price list and fishing my service.! Please be aware and make sure you’re getting your full service! She charge me for services I didn’t receive!

I loved my acrylic manicure. When I came back to have it removed properly, the gentleman used another acrylic name to slip in-between my natural nail and the acrylic on my finger and separate the two. In the process, he literally ripped my nail tip off, exposing the tender skin below the nail – blood and all. The other nail tips on that hand were roughly jagged and short. I asked him to soak off the second hand and those nails are perfectly fine. I was then requested to pay full price, they argued with me and dropped it $5. I came here to have a service done properly, not to have a shortcut done and have my nails ruined.

I am giving this salon 2 stars and that is a bit generous. I got a gel pedicure and full set with gel polish. The pedicure was done in 30 minutes and wasn’t as thorough as I have had in the past at other salons but I let it go. The manicure was just awful. I got my nails done 2 days ago and they already look like they are grown out for at least 2 weeks. I asked for a cuticle trim before doing the full set and he did it after. The nails are thick and the almond shape is uneven. I was willing to deal with it until I went to pay and was told it’s $127 for a gel manicure and full set with gel. Why I asked, because they charge $22 extra for gel pedicure (standard is $10-$15) and they charged me $10 extra for choosing almond shape nails. Without even telling me it’s extra when I get was asked what I wanted. At most, these should have been $100 but the fact that they are ripping people off and not being clear is why they are getting 2 stars. Not to mention the amount of acrylic and gunk from glue I have had to take out from under my nails because they weren’t done properly. Whatever you do, stay away from this salon. You will have better nails doing them yourself to be honest.

Decided to go here after the place I’ve been going to for years(just down the road from here) didn’t have time to take off my gel polish, looked like they had 2 customers, 2 staff. I walked in and was taken care of right away, they had plenty of staff and were busy. The salon was very clean and spacious. I will definitely be going back.

The past owners, the service was amazing. I went in, wanting to get my nails done with my daughter for a wedding I was in, and I asked for a pink and white hombre. A gentleman proceeded to tell me that they did not have the right powder to do it. As I have had it done before I knew that was not true. They just did not have a technician that knew how to do it correctly. The prices were outrageous. And we left extremely dissatisfied. I got a pedicure with a French tip. I wanted a pedicure with gel acrylic but they did not do that, it chipped the next day. I had to fix it at home. My daughter got a pedicure as well. We both got full sets gel. The technician did not listen to either of us on where we wanted the length, or the shape of the nail, my nails were lifting, my daughter’s nails were different sizes on each hand, I could go on. My daughter disliked them so much, but she put up with them. Since I was in a wedding I decided to go get them redone at a place that I went to before I went to the Virgin Islands for my birthday this summer. It was in Oak Creek next to the Goodwill. Absolutely, love them!!! But this place…I would not recommend anybody to get Services here. Nor would will I be returning. Normally, I would be the person to go back and complain and ask for them to fix them because I mean hey, you spend your hard earned money, right? But I decided not to, so this is my way of getting it off my chest. Hopefully, somebody sees this, and they decide to go elsewhere before wasting their money. At the end it was $290 at CN Nails plus a $20 tip than….$35 at the other place to get them redone plus a $10 tip. That’s not to mention time and gas. Just think before you go.

I was very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the services provided. I was yelled at from across the room when I entered, wasn’t allowed time to pick a color so the technician picked for me. I hated the color chosen. The manicure took a total of 20 minutes, no massage, no cuticle care. Three days later, it chipped. I tried to email the company based on the email provided on the website to discuss my dissatisfaction, however I never received a response. Very unhappy.
