The staff was very welcoming, but my manicure had a ton of bubbles in it and two hours after my manicure it was already peeling and chipping. The pedicure was good, so it wasn’t the polish. I’m now taking off the polish and redoing the nails that I just paid to have done. Manicure, Pedicure

Clean place, and they got me in quickly. But the dip manicure was pretty bad. It’s lumped on super thick and looks ridiculous. I didn’t complain because it had already taken a long time and I didn’t have time to have it all redone. This is not how dip manicures are done. Most people who know how to do powder dip will start the first layer halfway down the nail then do just two coats of color. And usually a layer of clear gel coat on top. This is four layers, all the way to the top. Including two clear layers of powder. It’s a big step up above my nail and will only look worse as they grow a bit.

We stopped back in and they tried telling us that a the look to be cracked. When its not. I asked for my money back they said no. They did nothing to fix the problem. I would run from this place. My daughter and I went in for gel powder a day after our nails started to chop so I called them they said come right in well I couldn’t make it that week so I went not even a week later and they charged me full price again for both. I won’t be going back to pay over $166.00 in not even a week is ridiculous
