Pretty much the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The manicure consisted of a quick buffing. The gel polish looked absolutely horrible and when I very nicely complained asking to get some of the polish off my skin, the owner/manager stepped in. I asked her to take my polish off which she tried to do. She told me I’d still have to pay $12 for the manicure. She dunked all of my fingers in Acetone which was extremely disturbing and my fingers immediately started to tingle. I thought it was water at first. She told me to keep them in which I absolutely did not. I paid the $12 and left immediately. My hands are numb and stained from the Acetone. I hope she is not the owner. I explained to the woman that I wasn’t trying to be rude, but my nails looked very messy and I wasn’t happy. She yelled in my face and then continued to argue with me. This was absolutely unacceptable. I tried to explain myself clearly in a calm voice and she was not interested in my opinion, AS THE CUSTOMER! Horrible service!!!!

AWFUL. The workers clearly have no experience. Don’t go here unless you want a very very BAD job done. Seriously horrendous. I’m not sure how this business is still up and running. Crazy! The manager/and or owner is also a liar and will steal your money. Don’t pay if you’re dissatisfied because you absolutely won’t get your money back if you come back for a refund. This place will also discriminate against you and isn’t child friendly.

My fave spot for a full set and eyebrow wax been going here for 2 yrs. I always get props on my nails. Jenny is the best always has my nails on point , she knows what I like and is pretty fast. She’s only there Thursday- Saturday only thing that sucks. FYI they’re not so kid friendly so I would suggest not taking them.

Very quick job, not terrible but less personable and demanded payment before nails were dry. They seemed to take a look over me and then asked “can we wax your eyebrows for you?”, Didn’t feel great. Overall, Not a bad place for a quick and care free nail job, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this salon for about 9 years now and I love it! I wouldn’t go to any other salon, I tried other salons couple times because they were closed and I was desperate and I was disappointed and decided I always make time to only come here! I love everyone here! No matter who does my eye brows here I am always satisfied with it they all do best job on my eye brows and nails! I am scared to go anywhere else for my eye brows! A friend recommended this salon to me as they only charge $15 for shellac. However, I quickly found out that they do not even include cuticles or any of the typical manicure procedures unless you pay $25. The inside is cluttered, cramped, and dirty, and the polish they used was old and bubbled on nearly every nail. Three days after my appointment my shellac began to peel off…needless to say I was not happy as it is supposed to last 2 weeks minimum. Yesterday (4 days after the appointment) I called and asked if the peeling nails could be fixed complimentarily, but mentioned that I was out of town and could not come in until I got back only 2 days later. Immediately, the woman on the phone began accusing me of ruining them, as apparently “climate change” and “vacation” are too much for the quality of their polish. She nearly yelled at me that it was “MY FAULT” and that nails could only be fixed for free the day after an appointment. This is ridiculous as shellac should never come off after a week, much less ONE DAY! She then put the owner on, and sadly I have to say that she was even more rude and disrespectful than the technician. Needless to say I will never go back, and I recommend that you don’t waste your money on the lowest quality salon experience you’ll ever have!

So great to walk back in after 5 yrs of being out of the area and be greeted by name and hugs. Love this family! Always a spectacular job on both fingers and toes. We all caught up on our families while Linda did my toes and of course Julie did my fingers. Lovely lovely family so glad I don’t have to look for a salon. Bless them all.
