Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible! My nails were all uneven. Two other technicians had to step in to make them uniform. Fingernail polish did not cover the entire nails on some of my fingers and started to chip off the next day. Toenail polish was glopped on and one nail lost the entire covering within a week. Horrible! My nails were all uneven. Two other technicians had to step in to make them uniform. Fingernail polish did not cover the entire nails on some of my fingers and started to chip off the next day. Toenail polish was glopped on and one nail lost the entire covering within a week. It was close to closing time, and I think she just wanted to go home. Will never go back again. Sorry that I left a tip.

Went here before my vacation. For pedi mani. Arrived 5 minutes before they opened at 9:25am. My “ 30 minute” pedi was finished in 10 minutes and was started on my nails by 9:38… pedi is already chipping 5 days later. ( my norm usually lasts 3 weeks)

You could not pay me to go back. The male technician I had slapped my hands several times while rushing through my gel manicure. Didn’t prepare or clip to my cuticles and was so impatient he moved the curing light before the timer was even half way finished. For each layer of polish on both hands. I do not expect the polish to last long and are the price, completely unacceptable. I will never return.

I called to inquire about same day availability and was told walk-in’s are accepted. Staff greeted me when I walked in and invited me to sit while I waited for an available staff member. The book of nail colors was falling apart and did not include every available shade. I only waited approximately 15 minutes for a technician. They tried to drill buff my bare nail and cut my cuticles, which are seriously problematic for nail health, so I politely declined. The music was pretty! The technician used a clean container to dip my nails into the powder, as opposed to dipping all clients’ nails into the same jar, which would rapidly breed bacteria and fungi. Overall my nails look good, except for a tiny dent in my thumb nail. Unfortunately, the technician missed some color on the skin surrounding my nail.

They fit my aunt and I in for a manicure and pedicure before we went out of town which was nice, but after waiting half an hour, my manicure seemed very rushed, and started chipping the next day and now today chunks of the top coat is coming off, so overall really not the best.
