While my toes were okay my nails was done in a rush she dipped my nail in the acetone placed glue on my finger and when I told her the were burning she sprayed water and this was an extreme sting ! She didn’t clean my nails or polish them correctly! They skipped me five times ! Critical: ProfessionalismDISCLAIMER: I DID NOT GET MY ACRYLICS DONE AT C K NAILS. I’ve been going to C K nails for a while. Today I went to get my acrylics removed. I also got my eyebrows waxed by an employee who regularly waxes my eyebrows. The man who removed my nails was very inexperienced others employees would ask me if I was feeling any discomfort? After replying yes multiple times , they continued to let the inexperienced worker do my nail removal. Another worker came up and told the other employee that was working on my nails that he was doing it improperly and that he should’ve done a soak off. The man who did my removal also asked me multiple times, if he was hurting me and I would replied yes every time and pull my hands away and he continued to remove my nails in the same manner. He made my nails bleed and used the nail file on my bleeding nails which was highly unsanitary. He also cut my nails at very different lengths.The lady who does my brows regularly messed them up today by taking a whole piece of the front of my brow. I didn’t notice that my eyebrows were messed up until I got in my car because the mirror was smudge and all I got was a quick glance. After all of this I was still charge for these services and was not given any type of discount , refund or recovery. All I got was a “Sorry “.
