I was there the day that man was so rude and abusive to the woman who asked him to get the polish off her skin. She was polite and asked him in a kind manner. He ranted that she ruined his day and was ridiculously rude. I will NEVER go there again. Do not pay anyone to abuse you! It is an inconvenience for me to go somewhere else but they will never get another penny of my money.

Avoid DANNY as your service provider and verbally abusive. Danny is unskilled, unprofessional and very rude. He does not value customers or their hard earned money and he seems to believe that this salon is peoples only option for services.Usually my experience is great, Michael Usually provides my services. Last weekend I took my teenage daughter for a mother daughter day and DANNY performed my pedicure. I made polite mention of several things to him throughout my service because he was doing shoddy work and when he was near finish and began painting them he was also painting the skin around my toe nails and when I asked if he would clean that up for me once he was done he and the young lady performing my daughter’s manicure both said they don’t do that (remove toe nail polish that they’ve painted over your skin). At this point Danny because rude and disrespectful telling me that I asked too many questions (as a paying customer). I told him that I hoped I had not been disrespectful and if I had offended him I apologize. I also asked him what was i supposed to do if i have questions, just sit down and shut up? He replied by telling me again that I askes too many questions. He got up walking around the salon and went on ranting in front of my daughter and the other customers. He asked my name and then told me I ruined his Saturday. Michael came over to finish my toe nail polish (which he had to remove and redo because Danny is not skilled). Danny proceeded to walk about in the shop continously verbally accosting me and yelling and the sad part is that no member of management advised him of his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Two customers who witnessed this ordeal commended me for remaining calm and they both also acknowledged his rude and disrespectful behavior. My bill was $145 and I work hard for my money. I also do not look down on those who provide services However I will respectfully inquire of something if it seems off. They must have forgotten when the pandemic came and they were put out of operations completely. My advice is to avoid Danny as your service provider unless your comfortable with someone doing whatever they want to your feet and please don’t ask him any questions or point out any errors in your pedicure, otherwise you’ll be fine. My husband wanted to come and adress the issue and I begged him not to. There’s a fine line between verbally abusing your patrons and simply disagreeing with them.

I have told all my friends and family not to go there anymore and they have found better places to go. They need to shut down or get better respect for their customers

Most of the techs here have HORRIBLE attitudes! If you ask questions they are VERY RUDE. They act like they HATE their jobs and they take it out on paying customers! Horrible! Do not spend money here! Manicure

I went to this place because it was down the street from where I was staying while in town. I was expect my normal nail experience then had to realize I wasn’t in the city. I went to get dip on my nails, I don’t think that’s popular in this area because they only had about 15 colors. I’m also used to complimentary beverages- sodas or a glass of wine; wasn’t offered. Even when my nails were done I asked if they had oil for the cuticles and they said no; which I thought was strange. It wasn’t my normal nail experience but my nails turned out cute!
