I’m really happy with my nails, they look a lot like the picture I showed them. My only complaint is the length of the nails aren’t really uniform, some are shorter than others. But I will be returning 🙂

I came here after VIP turned me away because they didn’t want to. I called CJ nails. Explained my dad was at an appt at VA Hospital and i needed nails done. The guy was nice on the phone. I get there.. barely any interaction, my nails were wrapped in foil.. i picked out color. Then techs switched. Wish they hadn’t. The new girl just whipped tight thru it… color WAS NOT what i picked out. Made to feel very uncomfortable, while the lady next to me was being treated like a princess.. which is great for her.. im rushed. Then.. when cuticles are being done.. she pulled too hard a cpl times and made me bleed. Didn’t notice til outside. Had she not rushed thru, went 100 miles an hr i feel they’d have turned out better. I’m Very dissatisfied/disappointed.. 2 nail places in a row have horrible customer service and very unprofessional.

Critical: QualityNot happy with my acrylic nails at all. I have bubbles at the end and my nails are pointing upward and the pedicure was just them putting my feet in water wiping off my feet and painting my toenails and they charged me $75. I was pleased by the quality of work the first time I went. Which bummed me out when the man doing my pedicure unnecessarily dug into my big toe making it bleed. It was pretty bad. Dripping blood for sure. I knew then I’d be dealing with an infection when he had me just stick it back in the water. Didn’t clean it or anything. Thank goodness I treated it for quite a few days after. It could have gotten worse than it did. But I repeat. They made me bleed. It hurt, and I got an infection. Don’t go here. First time this has ever happened in the past 25 years of getting my nails done.

This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done I always asked for Jason because I thought he was the best but he can be very rude at times and brought me to tears once. His wife Sarah is very rude!! I waited about 30 minutes for their shop to open and when she finally got there I had two broken nails from them that I needed fixed and she said she didn’t have time for me but there is nobody else in the shop had me wait for like 30 minutes and tell her appointment didn’t show and then she finally fixed my nails and every time I would call and make an appointment she said she didn’t have time for me and I’m positive she knew who it was they know me by my name and they definitely have their favorites I think who tips them more. They make up prices as they go! I brought them in so many clients from my job where I work and they don’t even give me the benefit of the doubt for that so I will make sure I tell the people that I did tell to go to their shop I’m going to have them go to the shop that I went to today and where I will always be going don’t worry you guys never have to see my face again or a lot of other people for that matter because I will not recommend your shop anymore !!!
