Went in to get mani/pedis as a family. The young lady who did my sons seemed to do well and be pleasant as well as the one who did my mothers. My water was ice cold, my toes were not done- just painted subpar by a woman who either hates her job or having a terrible day. Zero customer service and by far the worst pedicure I’ve had. Waste of money and time. I declined manicures after seeing the work on my toes. Warm towel was not even heated, no massage-don’t waste your money or time. My feet were in the cold water a total of 3 minutes- before water was drained. I even told the gal if she didn’t want to do my pedicure I’d wait for someone else. You can see she left my blue polish on and didn’t even shape the nails. I’m literally going to another salon to have a mani pedi done- biggest waste of money!

Not sure why they even make appointments. Had an appointment and waited an hour for them to even touch my feet. They let me soak for a good 45 minutes while I waited. They’re friendly when you finally get service, but have waited minimum of 30 min each time I had an appointment. Will be finding elsewhere to go where appointment times are honored.

Worst place to get manicure. This was a treat for me and cuticles are bleeding, polish is grainy and bubbly. They are more interested in cranking people through than quality. From start to finish she gave me 24 minutes for manicure and polish. Manicure
