PLEASE GO WHERE YOU’RE WELCOMED! People of color, SPECIFICALLY, do not waste your hard earned money. Visited 8/28- For the first and ONLY time. Upon walking into the building I was met by an employee (possibly the owner), exiting as I was entering, and it was it was as if I hadn’t just walked into an establishment. He did not greet or speak, and stood outside literally ignoring the customer. (red flag #1) So, a female employee did speak, and asked what services I needed done. (pedicure, and soak off). The same rude male employee is now assigned to assist in the soak off of my nails. He was very rough, and I felt very rushed, despite it being fairly slow. Keep in mind, he began by filling my nails down, and then start the soak off, and left me without saying a word for 15 mins or so. He stayed on his phone, sitting in an adjacent pedicure chair, completely ignoring me. Eventually, the female employee instructed me to the pedicure chair, which I’m being serviced by another male employee. In the middle of my pedicure, he abruptly stops, grabs a pair of keys, and leaves with another female employee without saying a WORD. NO ONE else in the shop says ANYTHING to me. At this point, I’m prepared to pay for the partial soak off and leave! As this is happening, I can overhear this same rude male employee being very disrespectful and condescending to another customer. She spoke her peace about how the reputation of the shop is terrible, and how she was sorry she gave them a try, and LEFT. Immediately someone runs over to me and decides to attempt to rectify my situation. (Sitting in ice cold water waiting on someone to finish my pedicure, or at least tell me what’s going on and I’m in just sitting here). Extremely annoyed, since I’m here, I decided to let them finish a basic french pedicure. It was trash. All in all, I left feeling worse than I came and with less money in my pocket. WE HAVE TO START GOING WHERE WE ARE RESPECTED! I This is one of the worse nail shop experiences, from the customer service to the ACTUAL service. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I came in for a pedicure and fill in with an appointment at 9:30 never got seen until 10am. The pedicure was so horrible I didn’t even continue with the fill in. I had to file and shape my own toes and still got charged full amount. If your looking for a good nail shop I suggest sun nails because this is definitely not it for me. Pedicure

I will not be going back to this place after searching for a nail salon and looking at the reviews I decided to go and seeming all their mail pictures of designs , I was pleased but when I went they young boy who did my nails dis not know how to any designs or ombré just French and whe he filled in my nails he didn’t go all the way down , I also got a pedicure that was ok , how ever one of my nails nail polish chip day later and nail broke and now my toe mail polish is chipping afte 2 days

Usually when I go into this nail shop the customer service is mediocre at best. The only reason why I go is for the pedicures. Sandy in particular, my experiences with her have been very good. However, on September 20th 2017 I went in for a polish change and a pedicure. When I arrived I was greeted by a nail tech named Nick. To sum it up his customer service is horrible I have never walked away from a nail shop or from someone doing my nails and had a horrible feeling. And his work on my nails were subpar at best. Pedicures great customer service terrible. But of course everyone experience is different. Thank you

Facility was clean and organized, however, they are over priced for their quality of work. I went in for a mani/pedi and requested mood polish. My total came out to $58. I didn’t get anything extra except for the mood polish. My very first issue was the color on the bottle said that the polish would change from red to black, but after application is it actually pink to purple. I didn’t like the color but kept it because I knew I would be charged extra for the polish change. FOUR DAYS LATER and polish on my toes and hands have chipped or come off completely. I’ve had polish last up to 2 weeks without issue and have paid less. I wont be back to this establishment.
