Critical: ProfessionalismI will never go back. I grow my hair to donate and had plenty with it being very long. I garden and work on my own home. I need to tie my hair back and asked for it to be cut to the middle of my back (between my shoulders)with 12-14” to donate. She cut it with an electric shear, dropped one of the ponytails out of the rubber band and proceeded to try and pick up this pile of loose hair and lay it on her bench. It’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I have great difficulty keeping it pulled back. Never again!!!Service: HaircutI will never go back. I will never go back. I grow my hair to donate and had plenty with it being very long. I garden and work on my own home. I need to tie my hair back and asked for it to be cut to the middle of my back (between my shoulders)with 12-14” to donate. Whether it is a quick trim or an appointment for color, Kelly Holden never fails to get it right, and I always leave loving my hair! Everyone at the salon is so welcoming and friendly that it continues to make me go back and trust this salon with something as important as my hair! This has been my go to hair salon for a couple years now. I’m just now finding I can rate it and it’s worth every penny. Leanne is usually the one who does my appointments, but I’ve had my hair cut by a few other women there and they are all amazing! It’s a small place, but sooooo nice inside and they’re all so friendly and bubbly. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I went to CJ & Company several months ago, and had a wonderful experience there. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is upbeat, the people who work there are true professionals. I have finally found the perfect hair dresser there too! Kelly Holden is the best! I love her! She just “gets it”. I just scheduled my next appointment, with Kelly.

My last experience here was very disappointing. It will be my last time visiting this salon which is also disappointing. Connie who was the one I had an appointment with didn’t agree with what I wanted to do with my hair said she was “old school” I explained what I had done to my hair in the past & she comes out with a release for me to sign saying she didn’t know what would happen to my hair & didn’t want my hair to fall out & me sue her for it. That alone concerned me that she assumed that’s what I would do if something went wrong. She interrogated me on what I used on my hair, what was in it, what shampoo I used and criticized every little thing. She was rude about it & clearly showed she didn’t want to do the work on my hair. She did a patch test on me & said oh the color didn’t take but she didn’t leave it on for long & I said forget it I’ll just get it cut. She cut my hair uneven my hair is two different lengths on each side. I’ve never had a problem before with this place but it looks like it may not be what it used to be unfortunately. Use caution & be ready to sign a release if you visit here in the future.
