The pricing is amazing. The customer service is impeccable and they’re very attentive. They were very patient with me. They were very just amazing. They didn’t drill her into my nails and my nails look so amazing. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Seriously you guys show! The staff is never rude and they always have a smile on their face. They made me laugh the whole time I guess I found my new now.

Would not recommend. My acrylic was not laid correctly which resulted in me growing mold on my nails. When I went to get the nails soaked off I was asking them questions about what it is and how to fix it and their response was “I don’t know.” Which leads me to believe a lot of them are unlicensed. I will be calling the health department. I had to go somewhere else to get an explanation of what was happening with my nails.

If you like short natural acrylic nails DO NOT COME HERE. I asked for the most basic set that you can get which is a short square French tip and I am very unsatisfied. I asked Ken to file them down shorter and he claimed that he couldn’t even though it was a simple/easy fix. He also put the tip on my middle finger on crooked, then tried to tell me my finger is crooked, so I just had to go to another shop to get it fixed. Waste of time and money, I’ll never come back to this establishment.

I’m a very busy person, I manage a Crisis Center. I believe that the young lady took offense that I had to take a call or maybe she is just not that good. In either case, this is about three worst set of nails I have ever had done. Not to mention she broke my nail and then charged me to fix it.

I’m not sure why it’s so challenging to find a clean shop with creative experienced nails techs and professional individuals. This shop is clean and have experienced creative professionals. However, they do not tell you they are upgrading your services. The tech did a shellac pedicure and did not ask if I wanted the extra service. My nails were also more with ombre. He asked if I wanted it, I should have asked if it was additional. That’s a lesson learned. BUT I didn’t ask nor was I asked if I wanted shellac. When I asked about the upcharge they said I had shellac on my toes already. That’s not true and a gaslighting approach. It’s not fair to spend other people’s money without asking if they want the service or advising the additional cost when suggesting an upgrade. 2 stars for being clean and creative. It’s not cool to steal from people though.
