Went to the salon to get complete color. I specifically stated I wanted the same color on my head. No highlights or lighter color sporadically. Came home and noticed a lighter color on the sides. I wanted my natural color not a fake color. They must be using inferior products. My head looks worst then when I went in. Go to a professional salon. You might pay more but you will be satisfied. They don’t deserve one star.

I usually just take my son there for a haircut but my 6 yr old daughter wanted a haircut too. She ended up going to an older lady in the back who I will never go to again. I’ve have enough haircuts and I was shocked that she just kept cutting my daughter’s hair without so much as using a comb to guide her to see if it was cut straight. When I told her it wasn’t even she kept saying becuase she angled it. What’s worse is that because she just kept chopping at her hair she ended up cutting her neck . Suffice it to say I’ve had to trim uneven pieces since we got home. She should never cut hair

Critical: QualityI brought my teen daughter for a hair cut – she was taking about 4” off – the hair dresser brushed her hair straight down and cut across. No separating, no hair clips. No fine scissoring. Straight across, like my son could have done for her on our deck. There is a good sized chunk of hair that extends 2” down that she must have forgotten. This is such a poor quality job I’m just shocked- the hair will never sit right if you cut in large chunks straight across! My daughter said she saw her license on the mirror; I almost hoped she wasn’t licensed.
