Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf I could give negative stars I would. I will never return or suggest anyone to ever go here. I called and asked if I could make an appointment, I got scheduled for that day. I went in and waited for 20 minutes as some others walked in and were seen on the spot. I finally got to sit down, I told the stylist what I wanted. I told her I wanted a 3/2 fade on the side of my head and I wanted the top of my hair trimmed up. I also showed her a couple pictures. She said no problem and started cutting my hair. As she was cutting my hair on 2 she said she was doing a 2/1 fade because it looked better and she preferred that. Again I had expressed that I wanted it a little longer but she had already started. She then cut my hair on top and squared it up instead of keeping it as the same hairstyle that I liked and wanted. All I asked for was my hair to be trimmed and it was butchered. She did a hard line on top that was huge missed patches of hair all over my head. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed because I didn’t want this woman messing anything else up. I made a comment on how she missed a spot (the patches of hair not cut) and she went with the razor and dug hard against my head. She didn’t talk to me at all just to the stylist behind her. She needs to be reevaluated I don’t think she should be qualified to be a hair dresser. This was my worse experience I have ever had.
