Very clean establishment and rooms bumped up the rating from 0 to 1 Star. I should have read the reviews prior to booking a 60 min deep tissue massage short notice on Dec 31. The older masseuse performed a light-handed massage on my entire body regardless of my repeated ask for a deep tissue, more pressure and focus primarily on the neck, shoulders and back. I would not even label the massage as Swedish based on my overall experience with spa services in the US and abroad. Large towel supplied to cover most of my body except a portion of my legs and feet, so when she stepped out of the room twice, the cold air flow caused my body to shiver. Majority of the massage was conducted with her hands on the top of the towel. IT WAS WORTH MASSAGE IN MY LIFETIME! They charged a credit card fee for the transaction and asked for additional tip in excess of the tip already provided while she displayed unappreciated facial expressions. When I tipped her, she complained about the amount. l will never return to BZ Spa in Kenosha for massage services.

The lady performing my massage spent the majority of the time not addressing the areas I specifically requested worked. Plus, she continually left the room to handle other business. My 1 hour massage ended up being more like a 45 minute massage. When I tipped her, she complained about the amount.
