Positive: ProfessionalismI cannot thank them enough for their kindness. My Mother-in-law was a long-time customer of theirs. She loved having well-kept long nails. She was bedridden battling cancer. Months had passed since she had her nails done and I joked with her of their current state. I visited the shop with a big request unsure if I could be accommodated. Well, her favorite salon sent 2 wonderful, caring ladies to her house to have the longest set of acrylics done. She was so happy. We cannot thank you enough. You have no idea how much this meant. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. My Mother-in-law was a long-time customer of theirs. She loved having well-kept long nails. She was bedridden battling cancer. Months had passed since she had her nails done and I joked with her of their current state. I visited the shop with a big request unsure if I could be accommodated. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got gel manicure 4 days ago and unfortunately my nail chipped (which should not happen so soon- especially because I do not do hard labor at all)I have severe time constraints and was able to run in today (again I should not even have to return if their nail products was of good quality)I asked him to fix the one nail he said sure but took 2 other people prior to me and raised his voice when i inquired how much longer. Than insisted I needed to wait 30 minutes.I was appalled and walked out. Positive: ValueThis is my usual nail place close to my house. Everyone that works there is very sweet. They always accommodate me every time I go there even if I don’t have an appointment and even when they are busy. Their prices just went up a little but they’re still less expensive then a lot of other places. It’s a little out dated but clean.Services: Waxing, Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures, Dip powder

They always accommodate me every time I go there even if I don’t have an appointment and even when they are busy. I asked two people a question and they looked at me and proceeded to walk away without even answering me. They barely follow COVID protocol, I walked in and I saw someone without a mask, and nobody checks your temperature. The last time I went a lady ran out to scream at me about her tip although I gave one already. I got a gel manicure here and when they were done the color already chipped off an hour later and I had bubbles and bumps all along my nails. I’ve been here a couple times and every time I go, every associate is rude. I asked two people a question and they looked at me and proceeded to walk away without even answering me. They barely follow COVID protocol, I walked in and I saw someone without a mask, and nobody checks your temperature.
