I’ve been going to a dermatologist for the past 6 years for botox, but recently my daughter told me about BYOU and the Injector Jen. I went for a consultation and I really liked the warm friendly energy of the staff members. When I met Jen, she really listened and made some suggestions. I’m so glad I went, she’s such a skilled artist rather than a technician. I feel she did a better job than my dermatologist and she has a permanent client now.

Beware! What you don’t realize is they make you sign a contract at the beginning of treatment. In order to get a refund they make you sign a paper saying you will not leave a bad review on any social platform. Also, after payment and signing paperwork I asked to see if they were licensed and that’s when they began to act very unprofessional. My mistake was I should have asked to see their license at the beginning. It’s always good to check in order to avoid malpractice. Stay clear of this place! Oh and by the way after much research I ended finding out this place is open under a gynecologist license. Which is very strange.
