I was able to get in the same day because of a cancellation which was good for me. I’m from out of town and I came to the right place! I have curly hair and I needed a trim and a deep conditioning which I got both plus so helpful knowledge on care for my hair. Happy with it all and will come back during my next work trip. Haircut

i contact them cause i had a few questions before i make an appointment. they told me to text through their company phone number so i sent them pics of my hair and what i want done and they asked one question which was “ when the last time i dyed it “ “told them it was last september” which was like 8 months ago and i never got a response from them again .. i texted the next day of – no response than finally called with in a week and told me the reason why no one responded to me was because they have no availability.. so basically i didn’t get my answer from what i asked.. waisted my time communicating with them .. it was definitely bad customer service … all they had to do was answer my questions or tell me from the beginning that they don’t have any available appts anytime soon … very sad smh ‍♀️

LIZ SAVED MY LIFE. Honestly, I’ve been scared of haircuts my whole life because no one knows how to deal with my curly hair so they always cut it too short or do some weird technique that just makes me want to cry because I hate the outcome. Liz was recommended to me by my cousin who has the same hair texture as I do and I finally got the confidence to go to her. The salon itself is nice and cozy and they have a cute coffee bar. When I met Liz I instantly felt welcomed and I fully entrusted her with my hair. The outcome was amazing!!! I absolutely love my hair and the way she cut it. She cut it wet which I was scared about but i let her do her thing and i will continue to let her do what she wants with my hair because im going to her forever! I highly recommend coming here and going with Liz. She’s absolutely a beautiful person with a heart for hair and yeah. She’s amazing.

I extremely love ByGrace Salon. I am a client since 2014. I came here to get my hairstyle done for my wedding, and it was exactly the hairstyle I imagined. Then a couple years after I came back. Needed a transformation from black hair to light ash hair. I knew it would be a difficult task since I had dyed my hair black for more than 7 years. I had many layers of black hair. However Beba made it happen! It’s been 5 months that she’s been treating my hair and slowly been making a transformation. I love my hair and am super satisfy with the work she’s made. Been going with Beba Lopez for litterally years! since i was like 5 i only cut my hair with her, and if i cut it anywhere else id always return to her. i got to donate my hair, even got my first baby highlights with her, never had an issue, and i love coming here. Hair cuts are so quick♡ But if you dont know what your getting be ready to kick it. Def Reccomend.
