If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve given this place so many chances, figuring it was just maybe I seen the wrong person. But no, they’re so rough in there no matter what to the point where I come out with my body in more pain than it was when I first went in there. I can’t even imagine ever getting more than 20 minutes of that horrendous experience they call a massage.

The employees are magical when it comes to massage therapy, however, the business itself is not very good on communication with their customers. Ive been waiting patiently for them to reopen and now that the State of CT has basically resumed normal daily business, i assumed they would be eager to get up and running again. Changed management before Christmas. New changes are not for the better. Cindy now on vacation, so they say, she may not be back. If she doesn’t return I won’t be back. I have been coming for 10 years. I do not like the changes. It was 5 stars prior to the new management.
