The appointments are never on time, I always have to wait on them. I make an appointment with someone then when I get there they’re either sick or at another location. At that point I’m already there. This last time was the last straw. I had my appointment at 5:15pm, I showed up a couple of minutes early. Then no one is there at the front desk. I can hear them giggling in the back but no one comes out to acknowledge me. It’s not worth my time or effort to maybe get seen on time or maybe be seen by the right person.
