I have been using By Pepper for years for a number of her services : massage, waxing, manicures, and pedicures. Her service is always top notch! She is professional and makes you feel comfortable in her work space. Her suite is incredibly clean and hygienic. She is located in Brandywine near Costco/Target, there is plenty of parking and there are many resturants in the same area (in case you want to treat yourself after your time with Pepper). I highly recommend her! She is skilled in everything she offers, but MAN her massages are LIFE CHANGING!!

By Pepper provides excellent customer service and the establishment is very clean and cozy with a peaceful ambience. The Brazilian waxing is 5 star treatment. I experienced no hair bumps after my service due to the type of wax that is used. I was also smooth and soft. The gel mani and pedi was also great with a variety colors to chose from. Her massages are eye best!!!! You will not be disappointed with By Pepper services.

I knew I needed 90 minutes to allow for really tight knots to get worked out, and By Pepper worked hard to ease my sore muscles and provide a truly relaxing experience. Her location is easy to get to from the DMV, and in a convenient shopping/dining area if you’ve got other errands to run. But once you step into the spa suite, you forget about all that’s outside. It’s tranquil, cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. By Pepper has other beauty and self-care services available, too. I highly recommend her!
