I moved here a few months ago and my hair was so dead, long and had no style. I saw the reviews were good on this place so I booked a haircut with Diana and she did amazing! She knew how to work with my curly hair and gave me detailed advice on how to take care of my hair and how to style it. She made me feel confident and beautiful leaving the salon. Can’t wait to come back again!

A little shout out to the BEST hairstylist in the world! During not so great time in my life I was blessed enough to meet Miss Allie or as I refer her now – my hair magician. My hair was in really bad shape when I met Miss Allie. Each time she touched my hair I noticed a difference. It started to grow again, it’s started to look healthier. Now, a year later it’s like she revived my hair. I can finally feel comfortable wearing it down and not up in a bun 24/7. Not to mention I’m obsessed with the color, it’s perfect. Thank you Allie for giving me back the confidence to feel great again. Thank you so much for everything you do – you are a truly talented stylist, I always enjoy my appointments with you. I can’t remember when I’ve been so happy / satisfied with a stylist as I am Allie! I read about the salon and Allie in the ‘Best Of Pooler’ issue of Pooler magazine. I’m a natural redhead so my color is difficult to match and look natural, not “fake” red but my first appointment Allie mastered it. I am thrilled. She also took the time to correct the tapering cut along the sides of my waist length hair. I had such a bad experience with another stylist, I was too scared to let anyone cut it again. I intended to wait until I returned home to Nashville to my daughter’s salon during the holidays but Allie gained my trust with color and she fixed the previous mistakes and I left VERY happy. I LOVE her personality, she exudes fun / happy and I am a customer as long as I live in GA! I’d give her 10 stars! Adorable salon, love the decor. All personnel were engaging and pleasant and the pricing for quality of services can’t be beat. Thanks so much, Allie. I am your biggest fan. : )

I’m never the type to complain about a service unless it’s truly a bad experience. I’ve tried Jessica’s 3 times due to everyone I know constantly recommending them. However, I’ve had 3 different stylists (including the owner, Jessica, herself) and not a single one was friendly. All 3 were very rude and blunt. No smiles or welcoming tones at any point. They act as if you’re an inconvenience when you’re the one paying them for a service. I’m a very shy and quiet person, so if someone is rude to me then I’m just going to sit silently and take it. I’m not going to say anything. I kept going back with some time between visits because again.. they’re highly recommended and I figured after a while maybe they’d be better. I usually get cut + partial highlights. My last appointment was only a $40 haircut. $46 after tip. $46 for a haircut, and when I got home I realized that the woman only cut the top half of my hair. The bottom half drastically hanging down below the top and looking ridiculous. Again, I made no complaints. I just won’t be going back and I’m leaving a bad review instead of a complaint that will get me nowhere except having to go in to be treated rudely yet again to get something fixed that THEY messed up. I have a video of how bad the haircut ones and everyone I know has been mindblown that she missed the whoooole bottom of my hair hanging way out past the rest of my hair, all the way around my head. Also, she didn’t even style my hair after the cut. Which I’ve never had happen anywhere. Ever. Places usually straighten it at the bare minimum if they don’t have time. But my hair was just as ratchet looking as it was upon my arrival. I sincerely do not have the money to waste on a place like this. I also don’t have the time. I do hope everyone else continues to have good experiences.

Dylan did a wonderful job on my daughter’s hair for her prom. Her normal stylist was booked, and I contacted Jessica’s salon in hopes they had an opening. Dylan called, and made a plan for her well in advance. Prom day can be stressful, but he was incredibly kind, and provided a calm hour, as well as a great style for her. He’s an asset to this salon. Thank you, Dylan!

I was expecting great things from the reviews and website so I was super excited to book a cut, color and styling even though it was a little pricey for what I’ve paid before.My appointment was with the owner so I was expecting amazing work but I left with uneven bangs, hair dye all over my neck, scalp, hairline and face (I even got asked if I had a hickey) I’m beyond disappointed..she noticed it was there and made a comment that you can’t do red or black hair dye without some mess.. some is okay but she was entirely careless flopping my long hair over my face while dying, talking, not paying attention and just being incredibly messy.Then whenever she was styling there was a knot at my ends in one spot in the back. I told her I wasn’t tender headed.. and I’m not but she kept just pulling the brush from root to knotted end over and over to the point where I said something… she made a comment about my hair being dry however she wasn’t trying to get the knot out, just rip it . I was in pain to the point I wanted to ask to brush it out myself.Then the bangs .. I told her how I style them, how I do like the Bettie page style, but they’re mushroom like instead of straight across, uneven and we’re styled horribly when paying for a style. I had to re do them myself to go out.She offered to fix the bangs and clean it up but there was comments about my health effecting how often I brush my hair/lay down that made me uncomfortable, talks about politics and the pandemic between her and other clients really made this an uncomfortable atmosphere I’d not want to come back to.I’d expect at least a partial refund or refund for the style because she made comments on how it was everywhere but nothing.
