Asked exactly how i wanted it parted a certain way, etc. Did straighten my hair first, which i said that i didn’t like- but for today i wanted no change and for it to be curly. She took out her curling iron and curled it up and all looked nice.I’ve been here before and used to go to brenda, but she has since moved, and like this salon because they use your preferences and it comes out good. Excellent customer service experience, start to finish. From the moment I called in to schedule an appointment, I was met with warmth and welcome – and tons of personality. The haircut I received also exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The stylist delivered exactly what I’d asked for and gave some great input going forward. Plus, I was in and out within 35 minutes, and received outstanding value for the reasonable price. Next time I need a professional haircut, or any kind, I know where to go.
