If I could give this salon more than 5 stars I would!!! I come all the way from New York just to do my hair here. They do my keratin, haircut, color, and blowouts and always give me the best service! The whole team is absolutely amazing, always professional, extremely talented, and always leave me with the biggest smile on my face! Highly highly recommend!!

If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment with Adriana for a manicure at the Biscayne location. She made herself the appointment and never asked for my phone number nor told me I had to confirm the same day. I went all the way from Doral to the salon and without even looking up she told me that she canceled my appointment. She never look at me and kept working, nor apologized or gave me a solution. She couldn’t care less. She treated me like garbage. I asked for the manager phone number and she told me to call a number. I did and the phone was ringing there, at the salon where obviously there was no manager. That is not how you cancel an appointment (she had a number that was not mine). As I respect people’s time I expect the same with mine.

This place was great when johanna was there! Now there are new stylists that have zero customer skills. Made appt online as it says to do, walked in, was barely greeted and then told the stylist was not there AFTER I asked. They asked how I made the appt, “online” the girl snd stylist busy doing a keratin with fumes that made the place smell so bad just looked around. It was the strangest encounter I have ever encountered at an establishment. Needless to say i walked out as they didnt even know how to help me. Weird people. Please dont go here
