Such a disappointing experience. Booked a massage with Ashley online, received the email confirmation. Called the day before to switch from a 90 minute to a 60 minute and was told I wasn’t on the schedule so she was glad I called. The next day I got a babysitter, took off work, and was so looking forward to an hour away break from the daily grind. I drove from Sherman to Denison and arrived to be told that Ashley was not there and they’d call her. The admin called her, and I was simply told there was an emergency and someone was supposed to call me but that she wasn’t coming. I get that life happens, but how hard is a quick text or phone call? Won’t be back.

Absolutely absurd. I am in town for work and needed a relaxing massage. The sure says that they open at 830am. I started calling at 9am and never received a anything aside from a text saying someone would call me back later. I finally received a call only to be told that everyone was booked and that they don’t check messages often. So sad.
