I made an appointment and they still made me feel like an inconvenience. I was passed off person to person and then when I told them what I wanted they tried to talk me out of it. I ended up paying $61 for dip nails with a horrible design. Way more than I have ever paid before. 6 out of 10 fingers were bleeding from them cutting my cuticles and the clear coat already came off one nail. My nails are also not shaped correctly and I’m embarrassed. Not pleased. Will not be going back again.

Ive been here 3 times and since the first time have stuck with Tara. Ive never had anyone do my nails the way I’ve wanted them nor without injuring me. I barely have to explain what I want to her, and she just gets it! There can be a bit of a wait even with an advanced appt, but Ive worked hospitality and understand there are hiccups sometimes that cause delays. I almost didnt come here and take the chance based off of some of the reviews, but I’m glad I did. One thing I will mention that is kind of strange though is that they charge extra for you to pay anything other than cash and have an ATM set up right next to the register as the preferred way to pay (especially tip-as asked on their station lamps). It makes the overall price more than what you would pay elsewhere if you’re not already carrying cash. The work has been worth it so far for me to overlook that though. I totally recommend Tara.

I hardly ever get my nails done, but today was a special occasion. I got their basic pedicure package with gel nail polish and I have to say it was the best pedicure experience I’ve had! The woman I had was so nice, her name has slipped my mind but she was shorter and thin and wore glasses. She did a fantastic job!! She definitely took care in doing my nails and I am very thankful. Will be coming back in the future!

My wife and I came in for the first time to get a couple pedicures. We were very impressed with the facility as it is beautiful. The check in was fast and easy. The employees were great and attentive. The service we find to be more expensive than the other place we usually go, the leg massage was really meaningless as they do not use any pressure. I think they could take a little more time doing the pedicure and massage as it is expensive and people come here to relax and enjoy the experience. We will probably come back and try again in the future not certain. All in all most places rush you through. It shouldn’t be that way that is why we came here to see if it was diff. They should allow you to relax and enjoy the experience and take their time!

Booked a group of people for my wedding, manicures and pedicures and we were all very happy with our experience and promptness and professionalism from all the staff. They did such a great job on everyone. The place is very clean and reasonably priced. Also, as a bride you get 10% off, so that was a nice little treat too! Highly recommend BV Luxury Nails!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. The technician was unprofessional from the start. He didn’t like the color I chose and told me to pick another color. I said no, I will not. He coughed about ten different times without covering his mouth. He also continuously yawned the whole time, loudly I might add. Two of my toes were bleeding when he ripped the cuticles off of them. When I said something he said just keep them in the water. Now this wasn’t the worst of it. The gel manicure was the worst. Again my finger was bleeding just like my toes. When he finished with the polish all of my cuticles were also painted. It looked horrible!! When I went up to pay I showed the manager and he agreed that my nails shouldn’t look the that. I told him they needed to be redone. He did agree. He already charged my card and would not give me a refund. He did give me a $30 gift card which is useless since I will never go back. I did have them redone by another technician and she definitely did a better job. She did comment and actually laughed out loud when she saw the bad job the other tech did. This place is very unprofessional. I would not go back ever again. I will give the manager credit for admitting that my nails were not done right and having someone redo them that knew what they were doing.
