Amazing place to take your kids for a haircut! I took my one year old son for his very first cut, and she was very gentle and helped him through it, there were no tears or fussing at all! She’s very patient and kind. Such an awesome experience, my son loved her! Highly recommend!!!

Just took my daughter for her first ever haircut. Neysa made her feel instantly comfortable. My daughter is a bit of a nervous type so it was so nice to have someone who really was gentle and experienced. My daughter ended up having a great time!

My kids loved getting their hair cuts and nails painted! We took them for their first haircuts today and we’re nervous on how they would do but Neysa was SO patient and made us all feel comfortable! She had coloring and tablets for distractions but they weren’t necessarily needed as she made them feel so comfortable. We will be back for all of our cuts and referring everyone we know. Thank you so much!

Took my son for his first haircut and she did amazing! She made sure to show him what she was doing so he wasn’t scared. She also had plenty of distractions and finished fairly quickly. Not only did she do that but she also did a great job on his hair. Highly recommend!

Before going to Buzzes ‘n Beehives I was never happy with the haircut my son would get and to top it off everywhere I went wasn’t exactly kid friendly. Every other place seemed to only tolerate kids which didn’t help my son with his fear of haircuts. Miss Neysa was wonderful with my son, she was friendly, patient, and offered ways to help my son be more at ease while getting a haircut. On top of all this she understood exactly what kind of haircut I wanted for my son and the end result was precisely what I had been looking for. I was saddened when she left the Escondido Mall but I found her in Poway and now I commute there because I still can’t find another hair dresser or barber that compares to her. My son loves her, I love her, and I will continue to go to her for my son’s haircut.

The Kids Salon is awesome. We’ve been going for over a year now with our two kids and every stylist has been great with the kids as well as giving great cuts. Today we treated our daughter to the Princess treatment which includes a wash, trim, painted nails, eyeshadow and lipstick (to take home)! She lived watching the iPad between the great conversation and was extremely happy with the results.
