I had went in only requesting hair thinning due to having very thick hair. I didn’t want a change or anything. At the end, I noticed the front looked off, but kept being told “it’s just how your hair is”. After not being listened to, I dropped it, paid and left. As I got home, I realized it was much worse than expected. I had two spots that were gaps and completely missing hair and the back layering was very blocky and uneven. The stylist was nice while in the salon, so I called to give the chance of explaining and the ability to redeem what went wrong. I was only asked to go there to just show them (which came off as if they wanted to tell me it’s fine- just as they did in the salon) and was not offered to have it fixed or refunded. I was subtly blamed for how it turned out with “well I’ve never had this happen before” in a rude tone, and she was unwilling to take any responsibility. I was then told she would “think about it” with a refund and hung up on me. Which I never did get a call back about the situation being fixed. It was all very unprofessional. I ended up having to go to a different salon to have all of it fixed and even that stylist was in complete shock with how it looked.

Becky did a amazing job with dying my hair and trimming it out of any hair salon in seymour indiana I recommend the buzz!! The staff is always so friendly every time me and my mom go there and they have never did anything that we haven’t liked yet absolutely love this place and love becky! Hairstyling

After dealing with a traumatic illness, I was in need of a change! Myka was recommended by numerous people and I decided to take a chance and book an appointment. She was incredible! She listened to what I had in mind and made sure I felt comfortable and looked good. The price is VERY reasonable and the atmosphere of the salon is just the icing on the cake. To say I am please would be putting it lightly.
