First visit and it won’t be my last. The woman who cut my hair did an excellent job. I read the reviews before going and one of them stated the people in there were rude. I didn’t find that to be true, they weren’t very talkative but not rude.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe second lady that is not the owner, that works there is rude and looks like she doesn’t like her job. She is not welcoming and basically runs you out when there is more then two people in line before you. She is there during the night shift on Tuesday. 07/28/20 is when I visited. Also very bad hair cuts she can’t cut guys hair. Don’t recommend going when she is there. The second lady that is not the owner, that works there is rude and looks like she doesn’t like her job. I called yesterday and spoke to the sweetest young lady, Grace. I had very specific questions regarding my husband’s hair and how he (and I) like it cut. His former barber retired and moved and he has tried countless people, each time, disappointed. Grace was very confident and assuring. I gave him her information and went by today. Let me just say, his hair looks the best I have ever seen it look. I could not stop looking or commenting! I had to actually call her and thank her! As he was about to shower tonight he said himself , she had done the best fade he has ever had. That says a lot for a Marine! OORAH Grace! 🙂

I got a haircut today from an older lady (not the owner I don’t think, based on what I’ve read from the other reviews on here) My boyfriend got a haircut from here about two weeks ago and the lady he saw was very nice and she was there today when I got my haircut but I got mine cut by another woman. She asked me to take my glasses off, so I took them off and set them on the corner of her bar thing where she keeps her scissors and everything and she literally paused from combing my hair, huffed/sighed very loudly, and then continued combing my hair. I grabbed my glasses back after that and just held them. When it was time to check out, she said it was $22, all I got was about 2 1/2 inches cut off my hair. I gave her $50 and she gave me back a $20 bill and two ones. I told her that since I gave her $50, my change should be $28. She then gave me an additional $5 and $1 bill, which added to the $22 she gave me originally, would equal $28, the correct amount. I left a $2 tip. When I was in the car ready to leave she walked out to my car. I rolled down my window and she said “I was right, I owe you $28”. I said, you did give me $28, after I corrected you. She then huffed, threw her hands up and stormed away shaking her head like a child. I would not recommend going here if that lady is working.

Critical: ProfessionalismWe wanted to get our hair cut so we decided to try Buzz cuts. We arrived and a worker was at the door just staring at us… we sat there for a minute to see if she was just looking at something else but after 5 minutes it became very uncomfortable and unprofessional situation.. 10/10 do not recommend this place!!

Critical: PunctualityIts 0930 and yalls doors are still locked? The hours on the door say 0900 is the opening time. None of the signs on the door say yall are closed today. It kind of looks bad on you guys honestly. Not trying here again
