Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was a customer to them for over 2 years. Was on a package and had the money deducted monthly from my bank account for over 2 years.. When I moved I called to stop the subscription.. They told me it would be effective 30 days later.. Well; 7 months I called and calmly asked them to stop taking money from my account. I have recorded conversations with employees and management. Ultimately the manager Samantha Clark, told me i would be refunded, that she couldn’t get to it that day bc it was her daughters bday. A week later, they took more money. I asked about why? She said she would call the bank and I didn’t hear anything else. I called the store. The employee told me this happens all the time. A host of other people contacted me due to a post i made on fb and said they had similar experiences. She blocked me from her cell and stopped responding. I had to create a fake text app to contact her. I called an attorney and have filed in small claims court, I informed her of this and at that point she told me they would refund for some of the money they stole but not all. I will review again with an update once we get to court.UPDATE:Court was held on the 14th.. Nobody from Buy the Beach bothered showing up.. The judge looked over the text messages.. I won.. Managers are useless and never contact you. Save your money and pay the 21 bucks a month at Planet Fitness and tan there.Service: Tanning
