Critical: Professionalismwould not recommend and frankly can’t wait until my “contract” is up… Working with this business has been so unnecessarily difficult. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this has been quite the experience. Every time I talk to someone about cancelling my account I am told something different. Just saying- think twice before you sign up for anything with them. I stopped tanning due to pregnancy and getting them to work with me on a solution has been horrendous. Just prepare for a whole fiasco if anything comes up in your life (moving, pregnancy, medical condition, etc); they will not understand and they will not be easy to work with. They would rather gouge you for a monthly fee and you get nothing in return. I understand and respect policies, however it seems that their’s are ever-changing in order to benefit themselves with no regard to customer satisfaction or even decency. On my last attempt to try and cancel- the woman was very rude. This is the worst place imaginable. I was hired to work there recently and the manager Samantha gave me a list of days to work. After my first day working there, she told me some covid bulls*** and said she will be in touch. I’ve been texting her, she won’t respond its like pulling teeth. Now I dont need employment, but I expect to be paid for my work. I’ve called amd texted and she says that she needs to talk to the owner then she will be in touch. Its been a month.
