If you ask them to fix it they give you attitude and refuse to fix it. They will not refund you so I had to go through my bank for that. I love butterfly nails especially Kelly she is the sweetest woman I have ever encountered especially since I had my son with me and he’s a baby and she was just so calm didn’t get frustrated that he was a little fussy she even gave me time to take care of him which I appreciate so much I will definitely recommend her to anyone who would like to come to butterfly nails and spa the staff is really great they’re the sweetest people so if you’re looking you know to get your nails done and have great conversation with other ladies or gentleman come to butterfly nails and spa they’ll take care of you
