Went to get a fill and new color for valentines day. I picked out a deep red and valentines day and asked if she can make it matt and she said yes. First off she was on the phone the whole time so I couldn’t say much to her regarding how I wanted my nails. She went and got a different color than I wanted and put it on. It was brown not the deep red I wanted. Then as she is using a file on my nails she is being extremely rough and made 4 of my nails bleed. Here I am 6 hours later and my nails still hurt. she filed them way too narrow and not to mention about all of them are crooked! It was the worst nail experience I’ve had

I went to get my nails done the other day but whenever I called the lady said they were about to close. I was going to make an app for the next day but she told me should wait for me. Emily did my nails and she did a wonderful job. She also stayed an hour later just to get them done.

DONT SPEAK TO TINA IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU- Initially would rate my experience here -getting a manicure and pedicure from SARA…as 5 STARS hands and toes down. She was incredibly professional and did an amazing job!!! However, when I came back today to try to make an appointment for my daughter to get a pedicure, I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the owner Tina…who was so unprofessionally rude and dismissive, as if trying o make an appointment was a personal inconvenience to her, that I turned right around and walked out. We will not be back. I’d rather drive the half hour to have a pleasant encounter with someone, than feel that my business and money is a bothersome inconvenience. The only way I’d return is if Tina was not present. It’s such a shame because Sara is truly talented and professional.

Critical: Quality, ValueWindow said they open at 10, didn’t open until 10:30. Got a full set of acrylic put on with gel polish, 1 accent nail painted a different color cost me $50! Nails are very thin, some are longer on opposite hand. She was the only one working and she was busy. She rushed to do my nails because she had someone else’s nails to do next.
